Good team members. You rely on one another to survive everyday, handling customers on your own and with the team without proper training/brief from upper management.

Minpunten

Customer service team IS the sales team, without commissions but REQUIRED to hit all KPIs like you were trained and interviewed as a sale person. They said be close with your colleague but if you did, they are not happy with it. Efforts means nothing to them. Money and sales is number 1. Don't put too much hope for career growth here. They chose those they "LIKE" for career growth, your efforts is nothing Never disagree with upper management on anything, it will backfire you :)

-flexible hours -lots of clients

Minpunten

-No benefits of being an employee (health insurance etc...) but same expectations (you represent helping and will be punished if you mess up) -Can lose work suddenly with no notice -Helpling raises their middleman rate without telling clients so either you take a pay cut or "raise" your prices to match.
