Well-structured training process with very detailed materials and clear instructions. It helps reduce stress when learning a new role because expectations and workflows are explained step by step. The trainer is supportive, approachable, and treats trainees like people rather than just resources, which makes adaptation easier. The company also seems organized overall, with defined processes, documented cases, and visible effort put into employee onboarding. Based on internal communication and feedback I’ve seen, the workload appears manageable despite having KPIs.
Minpunten
The number of documents to review and sign during onboarding is quite large — sometimes it feels excessive and could probably be simplified or unified. The first days of training are very intensive with a huge amount of information at once, which can feel overwhelming initially. KPI targets (especially response-per-hour goals) look ambitious, and while understandable from a productivity standpoint, they may feel stressful until you fully adapt to the workflow.
