Pluspunten
The staff are great, they are supportive and always willing to help, no matter the time in China. The lesson material is provided and my questions are always answered. Advice and feedback are always welcome by HiOffe, as a company they want to grow and prosper. Incentive bonuses are great motivation. They are always willing to make a plan to help you in case of an emergency and very fair when asking for proof of said emergency.
Minpunten
The amount of training you have to go through even if you are above standard. Songs and warm-ups are standardised. You have pay out of your own pocket for the equipment they force. The language barrier between the staff and teachers makes communication difficult at times. The hourly pay is not great when you are teaching a class of 30 plus kids.
