Worked here for quite a long and still, it's painful to write that there are just no pros, no appreciation, salary is what you get if you consider that as a pro for working day and night. They purposefully hire people in need of money so employees won't retaliate to their policies!

Management has stooped down and been writing fake positive reviews because they don't want people to know how toxic culture has become. work 24 hours and still zero job security, I have seen them terminating employees in an hour. Forget about work-life balance, you'll get so much stress which they call 'competitiveness', that you won't have peaceful sleep at all as long as you're here. It's a family-run business going downhill with no future. worst company one could opt for.
