Excellent for new hires, however after a year, you should leave because the work gets very monotonous.

Minpunten

No benefits, no acknowledgment for extra efforts. You are their target if you make even one mistake.

- Toxic work culture led by leadership - Tribal culture fueled by proximity to CEO and extreme sycophancy - Low salary, masked by stock options with underwater value and lack of any viable exit options
