The management of this company is deeply flawed, with a notable lack of consideration for employees from both managers and executives. Decisions are contradictory and poorly thought out, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration among staff. I can talk about opening an office in Eastern Europe without a clear plan to close it 6 months later because "we realize we don't really need it"... The company's approach to workforce management is equally concerning. There is no flexibility, and communication from executives is inadequate and often passive-aggressive. Statements such as "If you don’t do this, you will be better outside" reflect a toxic leadership style that prioritizes coercion over collaboration. Employees are frequently terminated without notice or transparent reasoning, other than vague explanations like "they don’t share our opinion." This practice fosters a culture of fear and insecurity, discouraging open dialogue and innovation. Furthermore, favoritism appears to play a significant role in career progression within the organization. Those without close ties to leadership are unlikely to receive raises or promotions, and they risk being marginalized or even dismissed. To make matters worse, some business managers lack a fundamental understanding of key financial concepts, such as a profit and loss statement (P&L), further highlighting the company’s management deficiencies. In conclusion, the company's approach to leadership and workforce management is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to creating a productive and supportive work environment.
