Pluspunten

Great company for an individual starting in the tower industry. They provide many opportunities that most other tower companies cannot. They do try to minimize the amount of time out of town so employees can enjoy family time. The company does try to take care of employees not only at work but their personal lives as well.

Minpunten

Can be very stressful work environment. Work schedule is at the mercy of cell carriers demands. Lower pay but more opportunities to learn than most tower companies.

Company provided training, per diem provided, SC location is run by a good fellow who is younger and more in touch with his crews

Minpunten

Low starting pay (2019), decent advancement if you care and work well, good about taking time off as well.
