Whew! Where do I start?
- PR management seems to be fine, but if you’re on the digital side…good luck.
- No clear career path.
- This company is always hiring, but over the past year they’ve quietly laid off dozens of people.
- There’s extreme favoritism. Some folks who leave on their own accord get a full send off and even a happy hour toast while I learned others were gone via a company-wide email sent after they had already left.
- They don’t value humans. Ever since they got a holding company involved, it’s only about the bottom line. The company is bleeding money so they get rid of people to try to patch the wound.
- The culture used to be great apparently, but in the last 2 years, it’s really gone downhill.
- They keep PRing you like everything is fine, then another round of firings happen. You never know if you’re on the chopping block. Everyone is on edge all the time never knowing if you’re next.
- Overworked, underpaid, zero guidance.
