The culture of this agency has become unbearable. This starts with two of the Principals who have become completely unhinged. Yelling and ragging on employees has become the norm. I with many other employees question the business ethics of the agency. Clients are unethical. HR is useless and if you speak to them it goes right to upper management. Work/life balance is non-existent. 12-14 hour days are the norm and you better be prepared to work weekends.
