The coworkers are great but everyone seems to be hanging on until they can find their way out. The massive turnover over the last 5 years has left little to no senior staff.

The CEO is an egomaniac and does not treat anyone kindly. There have been many instances of belittling, yelling, and even some more questionable actions. He is the reason for the departures and is focused only on optics and $. It may feel like an okay opportunity for a short time but the fog quickly clears and you start to understand why so many have left before you. The few that are left aren't there because it's a good place to work, they just haven't found their way out yet.

Cannot think of any, other than being trauma bonded to your coworkers.

You will essentially be overworked and belittled for peanuts. The staff turnover has only gotten worse since my departure so I can only imagine what those poor workers are going through. Although the company inflates itself as being “modern”, located in major cities around the world, and having a large team - none of that is true. Management meetings are a total shit-show full of screaming matches and rash/objectively poor decisions. The team is micromanaged and tracked down to the very second, and the benefits package is abysmal. You will be made to feel like a robot sitting at the exact same spot for 8+ hours mindlessly completing tasks. The expectations are through the roof as the focus is on producing a lot of quantity instead of quality work.
