You get a lot of experience with very diverse systems, and the opportunity to branch out and do many things in the organization if you want to. It has many of the benefits of a large company, like multiple people per project team and discrete business units with defined responsibilities, but much of the technical flexibility of a small one. Individuals are encouraged to drive organizational change. This company actually respects a 40-hour work week.

This isn't the best paying job in the city, and management isn't always the most friendly to people with nontraditional appearance or identity. It's still a great place anyway.

Some nice people work there

CEO is out of touch and creates a very dysfunctional/toxic environment. If you like being micro-managed and working on eggshells...this is the perfect place. Don't expect to make much commission here as a salesperson either (it becomes evident very quickly).
