Pluspunten
The management is very positive they take each step to ease the daily work and they give bonuses to employee after each sale.
Minpunten
The local level managers i.e state managers and down line managers are very egoistic and they always keep you pressurised. They want you to be theri slave. Say yes on yes and no on no. They want to be boss they want to disturb the work life balance of employee and their expectations are only with who are working. On rest they are not keeping any track. They want their members in their team and for that they play politics with the existing members and try to find out way to terminate them. I am the example of this. The security team only concern to remove the member as said by the managers they don't believe in genuinity.
