Pluspunten
I have never seen a company at this size have the opportunity that Hivemapper does ahead of it. There is strong customer demand, a clear engineering roadmap, and a team of people ready and able to grow the company into a meaningful player in a variety of markets. The team internally operates with a high level of mutual respect across the board which is essential to get through the challenges (and occasional confrontations) that come up with a company at this stage.
Minpunten
This is an early stage startup which means there are ever changing dynamics between priorities, roadmap, and vision of the company. Although healthy and expected to occur at this stage in the game it does put the onus on every employee to have a level of independence, own their project and its outcomes, and be comfortable with those unknowns.
