Every front desk agent was on a different page Very low front desk agent morale People will throw others under the bus in an instant Gossip Inconsistent/cut hours due to new management Pay is too little for what is expected

The managers were flexible with scheduling and were willing to work around employees' availability, which helped maintain a better work-life balance.
