Quality Leadership expectations are very demanding providing the company very little value and is usually based on fear of losing their own jobs. The leadership team are carryovers from the old Gen-Probe days so they were given management and director roles based on time served and not on actual skill. Overall the leadership team are in it for theirs and offer very little support, growth or pay to their employees who do 95% of the work.
