Pluspunten
Great people. New leadership (President, Sales and Marketing) is positive and optimistic- they're great assetts to the company and will definitely help pull it out of the slump. Interesting industry with innovative products. Good sales training program being built out. Hologic is a reputible organization to be associated with.
Minpunten
Different culture now that Cynosure falls under Hologic. Always in the "dog house" because of super low sales- most of the sales team is brand new and unfamiliar with technology- everyone else is being punished because sales are down. Hologic is trying too hard to turn innovative and fun culture into stale corporate culture. VERY unrealistic expectations from Hologic on how fast employees can move and get work done, which leads to a LOT of departures/burn outs. Little to no opportunities for promotions due to lack of budget.
