Some of the employees that are there were very helpful when training and getting information regarding the job and functions.

There are a lot of personal biases when it comes to who can get promoted or transferred to a different position within the company. Also, HR is passive when addressing a toxic workplace to the point were workers will not step up and report issues like workplace harassment, bullying, and from the management lack of self control, unprofessional vocal comments, and the belittling of the employees.
