Overcoming a 5 year agreement. When I first came to work for them they had a 2 year agreement term. We are never supposed to tell the customer about this. If they ask we certainly tell them. I have had customers get really upset about the 5 years. Long time! Start with small base salary and then go to straight commission. That way if they want you gone you are gone!
