Ridiculous Management like almost no management there A lot of decision come strictly from sales department and often need it immediately with no time buffer Boss likes to micromanage people, ask non-sense questions with all the tiny little details within tight deadline. It's like he never has management experience before and has zero skills in dealing with employees. No trust to his employees at all. It makes us feel very insecure in getting our jobs done.
