Management is all over the place, disorganized and unclear of the agencies goals. The culture is too relaxing and thus leads to a workforce that gets little to nothing done. Employees voices are not heard, even when opinions are asked, and false facts are given to promote a positive outlook. Open floor plan lead to a lot of disturbances and interruptions, especially with music constantly blasting. This was not a place for digital growth, creative ideas and getting things done. Put simply, this is a company that cannot look at the bigger picture, did not plan their road maps accordingly and came up with excuses as to why technology could not be built in the time promised.
