Great patient centric culture, camaraderie among peers , front line managers run the extra mile and live the core values

Senior Leaders at this location do not care about people. For Senior leaders everything is about looking good, there is lack of genuine recognition about the employee’s needs and feelings. Our front line managers feel prosecuted, we feel prosecuted, there is a lot of fear and anxiety, Senior leaders they are using COVID volumes as a excuse, and it is about their egocentric style not about the virus. If you want a promotion you have to be member of the cool kids club.
