Staff turnover rate is ridiculous
Too much micro-management which puts insane amount of stress on employees
unsafe working conditions for nurses' and pca's, another reason why staff quit
6 to 1 ratio for nurses ( most times)...really.
15 to 1 for pca's ( most times)...you would think you were working is a nursing home
