If you work in a good team, you are given support and advise if and when needed

Minpunten

You feel obliged to work a lot of hours additional. What is supposed to be a 44hr contract ends up being a lot more especially at the peak time periods like P11.

Great to work with, training provided with additional support from the other hubs outside London. Learnt a lot and helped in my career as a Contract Kitchen Designer. Pay increases every year. Good overall package in terms of holidays, sick pay and additional cost of living support (it happened maybe twice for the year). Christmas parties were great plus yearly Christmas hampers.

Minpunten

Little to no progression if you want to stay as a Designer, KPIs so expected to have a high turnover on projects, like 1-5 days for a project of 50 kitchen types. It not a job everyone gets even with the additional support.
