      Doesn't have all of the employee benefits that you may see at a larger org, but this is constantly being improved.

A ton of transparency across the org, and open dialogue where your voice is always heard. Top performers at every position makes you really feel like you're on an A team, with all the benefits of working for a startup.

      Like all small startups there are growing pains, but management truly cares and do everything they can to address issues.
