This company does not value technicians at all. They are treated and compensated (pay wise) not much different than assemblers. Yet, they are expected to be able to troubleshoot and repair products, to the component level. When can be incredibly complicated, tedious and mentally taxing at times. With no engineering support to even speak of. Technicians at this plant literally fend for themselves. I would highly advise to that you not bother applying here. It is a sweatshop, to say the least.
