Pluspunten

Benefits really weren’t bad. High deductible but cheap premiums. Decent HSA contributions and health incentive programs. Great PTO. Was able to work from home but on the flip side this created a huge disconnect amongst teammates.

Minpunten

Management is incompetent in some departments. Don’t understand what their employees do on a day to day basis and ship your job functions overseas just to save a buck while quality goes down the drain. Not supportive of employees- when an angry customer wants a supervisor, expect to be yelled at and sweared at for an hour with no assistance from management. Supervisors do not take supervisor calls and can’t help when you need help. When you try to move up through the company you cant even get an interview internally if you come from the department that is perceived to be totally incompetent thanks to poor leadership.

Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
