Absolutely none. Anything you can get here, you can actually get with any other employer. They are actually the only employer that would discontinue your health insurance on the same day as your last day at work even after they cut the insurance premium from your last paycheck.
Minpunten
Lack of of communication and carelessness of management. Not very good pay. Impossible to grow inside. Not helping you improve or move forward in your career. Managers are biased and disorganized. The company policy is designed to put everything regarding your future in your (front line leader’s) hand. It seems most of the time that you are not working for a corporate but for one person called the ( front line leader). Zero leadership and 100% bossiness. No clear instructions or enough training. Very stressful to work there. It’s not worth it.
