- Unstable. Redundancies twice in the last 6 months. - Business doesn't seem to care about software engineering anymore. Too much focus on using AI for everything. Devs are being laid off and not backfilled. Management is pressuring us to deliver faster because of AI. - Lots of people left in the last year because culture has changed a lot after acquisitions - Got rid of self-development time - Making people go into the office more (used to be 1 day per week, now it's 3

Had some really good humans a few years ago.

Minpunten

The top one is, the yearly EOFY 'culling' ritual. Happens every year and 3 months later they hire other people for the same role. No solid strategy or stability. Leadership, ways of working, teams keeps changing every 6 months. No opportunity for promotion. Comes up with ridiculous excuses and when they run out of excuses they make you redundant. (Even if you have worked there for years) Very low salary with close to nill hikes
