Culture is deeply toxic: favoritism, backchannel politics, and ego-driven leadership dominate every level. Founders are inaccessible and unaccountable. Vision changes weekly and execution suffers as a result. Burnout is rampant due to unrealistic expectations and constant fire drills. Turnover is extreme. Perpetual hiring/replacing cycles. Management confuses speed with strategy, and noise with productivity. The “family” narrative is used to guilt employees into overwork, despite no real support.
