If you have experience more than 7 years then it should be a good option cause they pay well for Manager levels.

Minpunten

Worst company for Trainee, Software Engg., SSE. Company Managers, Director will treat you like a slave with very less pay. Trainee will be asked to submit Original documents for 2year Bond

Pluspunten

All 5* reviews are written by a single person so overall rating increase. This is a bunch of fraud people congregation who runs business. No technology ,old employees threat you. They are worst people. Leaders are non technical Small service based time and materials projects. Jobs at stake and you will be fired anytime.

Minpunten

Total package of cons. Specially all leaders do not deserve to be in it industry. They all are useless.

Totally Poor Not at all a single pro apart from WFH

The worst part of the company is the top management, where internal politics is very common. Even if you work extremely hard and put in 120+ hours of effort during critical project periods, you can still expect only a 5–6% appraisal at best. Despite the workload and revenue generated from billed projects, most of the profit stays with top management instead of rewarding employees properly. Hardly any senior employee feels motivated to stay long-term due to poor growth and recognition. Every year after April, the company goes into continuous hiring because of high attrition. The 3-month notice period is unnecessarily long. Work-life balance is very poor during delivery periods.
