If you're up for a challenge to "Gigabit Britain" and become a part of a fast-growing market leader in providing broadband 1GB+ internet speeds to both UK residents and businesses, while having an opportunity to work with some amazing people and have a lot of fun in the process, then look no further than Hyperoptic. I can wholeheartedly support their business model, commitment to excellence, leadership approach, and a corporate culture that gives people an opportunity to grow and try new things, while being a part of one team.

If you're looking for a routine and minimized disruption in your daily work, then Hyperoptic is probably not the right place for you, as it is indeed for people with "fire in their heart" who like challenges and don't mind going the extra mile on a regular basis.

Thank you as well for the feedback on bonuses and salary, it's important to us to know what employee and former employees think should be improved. We do have an annual salary review process, designed to ensure fair remuneration based on job performance and market standards. However, not every review results in an increase, as it depends on various factors that are defined for each review cycle. The same it is for the bonus, which is based on performance. Poor career progression, management don't listen to complaints or issues, a "seniority is always right" attitude that doesn't encourage collaboration or ideas
