some coworkers, hybrid work model, can learn a lot about adtech

Minpunten

-CEO is cheap and has a very outdated way of thinking. Doesn't care for anyone outside of the product department. -They switched to a cheaper insurance provider from a really good one to cut costs and the new one is SOOO BAD, especially if you are disabled -Small company which means its hard to advance if you do not have any product management experience. -Required NY based employees to come back into the office and there isn't in coffee in the break rooms.

You don't have to go in with necessarily a software engineer background but you can really put coding skills to work for your projects!

I was operating on the East Coast so I could only see my manager 2-3 times in person.

Senior management is clueless to the amount workload and the effort and mental energy it takes to do our jobs. Always packing on extra assignments to our already overflowing workload. Work/life balanace is off. Very easy to get burned out. The pay doesn't reflect this workload either. They need to realize the problem behind the turnover
