Many talented people trying to make a difference. Ability to telecommute occasionally is the biggest plus.

Minpunten

Morale is awful. Not competitive salary-wise. Benefits were okay, but seem to be getting worse. Top heavy and they keep hiring upper management.

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
