This company is great in the sense that you can have a personal life. I found that they were extremely flexible with anything and very laid back.
Minpunten
There wasn't a whole lot of guidance and training when you are new. I found myself bothering my cubical neighbors who seemed too busy to show me the ropes. Also, the rasies were very low.
