ICF treats their employees as resources. They have zero interest in understanding who you are as a person or your unique skillset. You are not allowed to make mistakes. You must be perfect at all times; any mistake you make, you are let go, which creates a culture of fear. There is no room for training, growth, and development. Leadership is not open to the ideas of others. It's really sad to watch how horribly they treat people.

While we do our best to actively engage with employees and hear their feedback, we don't want you to suffer in silence.
