As long as you do whatever they ask without questioning it, that's generally considered success here.

Although you attend a full day of onboarding and training, no one provides meaningful guidance on the tools you'll actually be using. Even when you ask for help, it's difficult to get support because many people are still trying to figure things out themselves through trial and error.
