Reputation within industry is strong as ever. It’s hardly a corporate environment, but their systems and resources are a tad more buttoned-up than other modeling agencies.

Disappointed by leadership, communication, mentoring, collaboration, and strategy. Would recommend someone going to a small nimble agency where there is true teamwork and decision-making, or a power talent agency where there are strong processes to follow. The lack of culture and synergy within Endeavor is shocking. Hopefully they can figure this out. For anyone thinking to start a career in talent management, think again …
