1. Poorly organised 2-year graduate scheme, you didnt know where you was going to be a couple of weeks before your next placement. This could mean moving to a new country in the space of a couple weeks. 2. Handled covid and the going back to the office poorly for graduates. I was forced to travel 200 miles a day to go to an office when I was promised I could work from home for a placement.
