It is a really inclusive place to work. I have had previous jobs where I have definitely been an outsider, but here I feel included at all the co working and company events. Co working has now switched to Leeds for 1 or 2 months instead of Peterborough which is on my doorstep which has meant I didn't go to co working the last month, but I get that this has meant people up North can now go.

Remote isolation: Working fully remotely can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the regular team meetups help a lot. Just wish I lived nearer my team so we could have more co-working days!
