-unaccountable managment: they wont get on the phone with any guest, constantly taking smoke breaks in groups so there's nobody on the floor, keeps passing responsibilities off to other managers - who also won't do anything
-no time off: extremley under-staffed, wont approve anyones days off, constantly modifying schedules last minute, pretty much just straight up ignores your availability, and doesnt hire literally anyone even though they need them.
-favoritism: if you're one of the managers favorites you can do anything you want. don't worry about showing up for shifts you don't want to work. they dont care, as long as they like you.
-no positive reinforcement: basically they are just gonna keep telling you all of the things you are doing wrong and nothing that you are doing right. constantly telling us we are getting bad scores with no ounce of proof. lying about commision months.
-inattentive management: could probably have 30 people working on a slow day and they wouldnt even acknowledge it. schedule you a double and then send people home who just got there. nitpick on things that dont matter but dont actually enforce things that do (like showing up for work).
