I can't say enough positive things about my time with IQPC. As someone who came in with no sales experience/background, I can honestly say I learned more in 2 and a half years at IQPC than I did throughout 4 years of college. This is an invaluable opportunity to learn the ins and outs of different industries, grow personally and professionally, and to make great money along the way. During my first interview the Sales Director, Chris, laid out an overview of base raises within the first 3 and 6 months, of the generous commission structure, and of both quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities. As I started to develop my sales skills through a very comprehensive and personal training program, it was great to see all of the financial opportunities Chris had presented start immediately coming to fruition. And as far as career opportunities, IQPC is great for professional growth as they only promote from within and the training here is second to none. You are given all of the knowledge and hands on experience needed to succeed, and as it is a purely merit based structure the top performers are rewarded with opportunities for promotion regardless of how old you are or how long you've been there. While the money was a huge plus, I'd have to say the best thing about IQPC was how much they helped me grow as an individual and the incredible relationships I made along the way. I've made some great friends over the years here, and if you're lucky enough to work with Chris, Rhys, or Max as your managers these are guys I see as mentors and have taught me more than I could have ever imagined. The management team is eager to invest in your success and will give you all the tools needed to thrive financially and grow professionally - I am very thankful and couldn't be more appreciative for my time here!

While the opportunities are great, this is not necessarily a job for everybody. IQPC will give you the tools and support needed to succeed, but what you take out of this job is a direct correlation to the amount of effort you put into it. If you're not willing to put in some hard work and buy into the process then this isn't a good fit, and while the turnover can be high those that take care of the things they're supposed to and are willing to learn and adapt are justly rewarded.
