Minpunten
Everything else really! - Funnily a recruiter warned me not to join, I didn’t take his advice as I initially thought he just wanted me to take his role - how wrong I was! It certainly is a Tier 3 company and consequently I find myself writing my first ever review because I feel compelled to warn people not to waste their time with this company! - Terrible work culture, no one wants to work there. As soon as you leave the office for a break/ lunch etc everyone starts moaning about how terrible the company is. Not great for when you’re in your first week! - Managers are terrible, they have their favourites and don’t shy away from letting everyone know who they are. Openly talk over you about where the team is going for lunch and then not inviting you. It’s just rude however a strong reflection of the type of people that work there. - They will verbally bully you. Whether that’s from a bad structured call, you will hear “well that was terrible” and then not give any coaching as to why or how to improve (this happened to a guy that was in his first week in sales, not a good way to motivate new starters). This even goes down to a suggestion of playing some sport during your lunch break, “ haha no we don’t do that here”! Just a strange environment and you’re made to feel extremely small. - The equipment is awful, you’re made to work on a computer that is honestly about 15 years old. The screen is about the size of an A4 piece of paper (that’s being generous). - The sales training is below par, although they seem to think they’re some golden sales guru and it’s the best training since sliced bread. Trust me it isn’t. - You can tell it’s a bad place to work as they’re always hiring!! That’s not because they’re expanding, that’s because there is such a big churn they’re trying to maintain a workforce!!
