Terrible place to work. Did not enjoy my time there. Bad managers who cared little for their colleagues. Helpdesk teams made redundant and moved to India. Software has stagnated. Acquired companies/software is purchased and moves immediately into maintenance mode. No new software come out of Iris, they only buy software houses, ransack the customer base for cross-selling purposes, increase the price and reduce the costs through any means necessary. Poor pay for employees. Employees should look at what they could earn elsewhere and leave. Youre worth more.
