Good systems in place, on the right track but should ensure retention plans are in place to avoid high turnover and low moral in the branch I worked in . Some great internal talent.
Minpunten
Low moral, high turnover with an ever changing direction to strategic vision that is not consistent across branches. Some unprofessional upper management that fosters a working environment that encourages fear and unjust conflict. Low paying entry roles for front line staff with a skeletal training /on boarding program results in low moral. Identifiable and noticeable incompetence in some key upper management roles. Think twice before leaving your current company to join. I wish I had done a bit more research.
