Good global exposure, fun colleagues, exciting business, it WAS a great place to work until the change of CEO.

Minpunten

Since the change of CEO the company in my opinion started promoting very toxic work traits, work-life balance was non-existent from my perspective. It is my belief that this is the most dysfunctional HR department, in most companies HRs at least try not to seem bias in favor the company, here they feel like a secret police.

Company has so much potential, but HR are power hungry, out of touch and just want to make everyone miserable. - there is active bullying from HR staff, offensive and discriminatory behavior Need more flexible office time
