      Pluspunten

      Icon takes care of their own. From great benefits to gift cards and department parties for birthdays, Icon goes out of it's way to make their employees feel like family. That sounds cliche, but it's true. I've never seen a CEO get emotional from happiness when promoting someone. For me, that was proof enough that we're not JUST employees here at Icon.

      Minpunten

      For me the biggest challenge was the dress code (coming from a digital background, I was used to being in jeans and a hoodie). The transition to slacks and a button-down was a bummer. The parking situation is a bit annoying as well. Walking 10 minutes to and from your car can get annoying quick!

      •Investment in leadership training, communication, and team development tools, and in technology to make our processes more efficient. •Amazing culture where people really get along and are aligned on a shared purpose. •Quarterly company meetings to keep everyone informed on objectives, initiatives, and new business.

      •Formal training with internal operating systems, like Microsoft and other 3rd party technology could be improved.

      - Great group of likeminded, intelligent individuals. - Advancement is attribution. - Client mix is diverse, but slim. - Excellent onboarding.

      - Sadly no room for advancement or growth. - Managers are powerless as everything’s funneled to the top.
