Idea Science took a chance on hiring me as an undergraduate still in uni 5 years ago, since then I have grown into a full-time employee gaining countless technical, interpersonal and professional skills, including formal certifications on industry leading platforms. The team feels like a large, and growing, family of highly motivated and curious professionals and I have made many good friends at Idea Science. All levels of leadership actively support the growth of every individual and at no point have I felt stagnant in my role or close to my ceiling as I develop as a professional. No matter how far up the chain of management you look, the leadership at Idea Science is full of approachable, knowledgeable and motivating individuals, many of whom I consider valuable mentors in my young career.

Nothing of significance. I feel to some extent we used to have closer and more personally-invested relationships with our clients as well as within our team. I feel this aspect of our culture has been slightly diluted by our rapid growth.
