There are no structured management. Everything is managed by the CEO only. Not many employees are working there. Attrition rate is very high.

Although being a small team, the company has a world class knowledge resource to generate ideas. People are appreciated for the innovative ideas and the same are implemented quickly. A very well organized Intranet system by which management keeps us informed about important issues and changes.

Minpunten

Most of the projects are based regionally, in Eastern Part of India, with no owned branch office at the moment. Hence, in value terms most projects are below Rs. 5 lacs.
