Location, some good technical people during my time. Executive team members know how to write a good review on Glassdoor!

Minpunten

Organization is not valued or excersized Totally mis sold , dishonesty regarding salary, hours, team structures, number of staff and length of time in market. Employees held to ransom over work permits, many leave home countries (Canada , US, Europe) to join. Insane hours (unpaid) No communication from Leadership teams of any worth. Company publishes "Corporate Values" and then executives act in the exact opposite way. Unethical. Worst job in my entire life.

The people at Ignition are amazing. Truly the most creative team I have ever worked with. There is a great team chemistry as well. The projects we have are incredible too. I couldn't be happier or more proud of the work we do.

Minpunten

Not everything is perfect, like ANY place. However, in my experience there hasn't been anything to complain or get upset about other than the typical office politics experienced everywhere. Management could do a better job of introducing new teams and explaining their roles but growing is positive and pains can come with growth.
