- processes aren't fully structured, need to adapt to more fluid organisational methods - with a big focus on empathy to master the HR processes, people whose work focus solely on numbers and data and low interpersonal skills might not fit the culture

No added value being in the program when in contact with companies as the potential employers don't really read your CV prior to meeting you. They rather expect you to be in fond of the companies, whereas your previous experience are not valued.
